The team behind iLiv Constructions has been working together since 2002, originally as Downham Developments. Founded by Peter Downham, along with his wife Vanessa, Downham Developments used Peter’s many years of experience in the construction industry to operate a growing company producing quality ‘one-of-a-kind’ homes.

In 2009, Peter Downham and Craig Treasure formed iLiv Homes as part of the iLiv Group, and Downham Developments became part of the iLiv team, bringing their expertise together to create quality buildings throughout the Gold Coast. Downham Developments Pty Ltd registered iLiv Constructions as their new trading name in 2011.
